Houseofluxurylawns.com follows a transparent Return Policy for all products bought from the online store. 

• You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.
• Used products cannot be returned.
• Refund for all orders is credited as Store Credits only in the form of Credit Note, which can be used at Houseofluxurylawns.com only.
• Store Credits are issued once the Return Item is picked up and is valid for 6 months & can be used for new orders placed at House of Luxury Lawns only.
• Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for Returns.
• Returns are picked up from the comfort of your home. However if the courier is not serviceable at the pincode, you would be asked to self-courier it at our address.
• Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5-8 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
